The class

Two hours with Georges Haddad, our pastry chef: levelling, crumb-coating, smooth buttercream, piping and a simple drip. Eight people at most, so everyone gets help.

Price and booking

$45 a person, including your 6-inch cake to take home, an apron and coffee. Book a place from the Classes page or at either shop. Kids' classes (8 to 12 years) run on the first Sunday of the month.
